Services
Services offered through this Site are provided by Galactic Strut LLC. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are agreed upon separately in writing before work begins. These Terms apply to all engagements unless a separate written agreement explicitly supersedes them.
Payment
All services are billed through Stripe. By purchasing services, you authorize Galactic Strut LLC to charge the agreed amount to the payment method you provide. Payment terms are outlined in your individual engagement agreement.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of the work, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once work has begun. If you have a concern about the work delivered, contact us and we will work to address it.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for your engagement. Galactic Strut LLC retains the right to reference the work in case studies and marketing materials, subject to any confidentiality terms agreed upon in writing.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site and all content on it are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Results described in case studies and marketing materials reflect specific client engagements and are not guarantees of future results. Individual outcomes will vary based on a wide range of factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galactic Strut LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Natrona County, Wyoming.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
