The Situation By the time we built Launch to 10K, the AI Income Blueprint machine was already running. The evergreen funnel was converting. Monthly promotions were working. The ascension model was producing high-ticket revenue. But there was an asset we hadn’t fully tapped: a list of several thousand people who had already bought. Buyers are different from leads. They’ve already said yes once. They trust the brand. They know the quality. The question wasn’t whether they’d buy again — it was whether we had the right offer to put in front of them. Launch to 10K was that offer. A new program, priced at $997, built specifically for the buyers who wanted to take their income to the next level. The concept was mine. The copy was mine. The funnel was mine. We had a tight launch window and a single list to sell to. No paid ads. No new audience. Just a great offer, sharp copy, and a list of people who already trusted us.
The Strategy A launch to an existing buyers list is a different animal than an evergreen funnel. You can’t just send an email and expect people to buy. You need a sequence that builds anticipation, establishes the new offer’s value on its own terms, and creates a reason to act now. Here’s what I built.
1 Video Sales Letter — The Core Pitch
The VSL was the centerpiece of the launch. I scripted it, structured the slides, and helped produce the final cut. The goal: take someone who already knew and trusted the brand, and show them exactly why this new offer was the logical next step. The pitch had to feel earned — not like a cold sell to a warm list.

The sales page was designed to work with the VSL, not just support it. I wrote the full long-form copy, designed the page layout, and built it inside ThriveThemes. Every section had a job: reinforce the VSL, handle the remaining objections, and make the decision to buy feel obvious.

Most checkouts are an afterthought. This one wasn’t. I designed and built the ThriveCart checkout page with the same attention to copy and layout as the sales page. The goal: reduce friction at the exact moment someone is ready to buy. A clean, confident checkout that reinforces the decision rather than creating doubt.

4 Launch Email Sequence — Selling to People Who Already Said Yes
Writing launch emails to a buyers list is a different challenge than a cold sequence. These people know you. They’ve bought before. The copy has to respect that relationship while still doing its job: creating urgency, handling new objections, and driving action before the window closes. I wrote every email in the sequence — from the announcement to the final deadline push.
