The Situation When I joined Blog Growth Engine — which later rebranded to AI Income Blueprint — founder Adam Enfroy had already built a strong front-facing presence on YouTube. They had an audience, a community, and a course product. What they didn’t have was a reliable, automated system to convert that attention into revenue. Revenue was hovering around $30k–$40k a month, mostly driven by sporadic, manually-run promotions. Every dollar required someone to show up and push. There was no machine running in the background. I was brought in initially to write YouTube scripts. The channel grew from 100,000 to 200,000 subscribers during that period. But when the team saw what I could do with copy and funnels, they handed me the entire marketing operation. The mandate: stop trading effort for revenue. Build a system that runs on its own.

The Strategy I didn’t start by tweaking a headline. I mapped out the entire customer journey from YouTube viewer to paid customer and identified every gap. Then I built the infrastructure to close those gaps — from scratch, in about two weeks. Here’s every piece of the system.

2 Bridge Page & Masterclass — Shifting Beliefs Before the Pitch
After opting in, leads landed here. The masterclass page isn’t a sales pitch — it’s a belief-shifting experience. I scripted the video, structured the slide content, and designed the page. The goal was to get leads to the sales page already sold on the idea, not just the offer.

4 7-Day Deadline Funnel — Automated Urgency
Every lead who opted in entered a 7-day automated sequence. I wrote every email — one per day, each with a specific job. Day 1 welcomed and re-framed the opportunity. Days 2–5 handled objections, built social proof, and deepened desire. Days 6–7 drove urgency with the deadline. The sequence ran on autopilot, converting leads while we slept.

Monthly Promotions: Monetizing the Fence-Sitters The evergreen system captured the buyers who were ready. But every list has a large segment of people who are interested but not yet convinced. That’s where monthly promotions came in. Every month, I sat down with the founders to brainstorm a new angle — a fresh bonus stack, a limited-time offer, a new hook. Then I executed everything: updated the sales page, built the offer, and wrote the full promotional email sequence. These campaigns reliably converted the fence-sitters the evergreen funnel had been warming for weeks.The Ascension Model: The Real Revenue Multiplier The biggest breakthrough came when we stopped thinking about the $1,497 course as the end of the customer journey and started treating it as the beginning. We had a thriving Skool community of buyers who were getting results. We started running targeted promotions inside that community — emails, posts, direct outreach — to get the most engaged students onto a phone call. On those calls, they were offered a $7,800 high-ticket coaching package. I wrote the emails, structured the offer, and helped build the call booking flow. The ascension model turned our best customers into our highest-revenue customers.The Results The combination of the automated evergreen funnel, strategic monthly promotions, and the high-ticket ascension model completely transformed the business.
